This mic pre amp is based off the famous Decca design which was and still is incredibly popular. D.A.V Electronics have managed to replicate this but at a much lower cost.

The name Broadhurst Gardens originated from a place in West Hempstead in London, a place where Decca’s headquarters were located through the 60s and 70s.

DAV Electronics (the DAV standing for Digital, Audio, Visual) began making high quality, yet cost effective audio products which had been hand-built and designed to suit both live and studio scenarios.
