The BC-X delivers the same exceptional build quality as Porter & Davies' flagship BC2, BC2rm, and Gigster systems, in a more compact and affordable package. With approximately 75–80% of the power and performance of its larger counterparts, the BC-X features an even more streamlined design than the Gigster, helping to achieve a significantly lower retail price without sacrificing core functionality.
Despite its reduced size, the BC-X packs a serious punch. The compact engine measures just 8" x 7.5" x 4" (20cm x 19cm x 10cm), and it comes with a dedicated 13” (33cm) all-vinyl round throne top. At its heart is our brand-new TT1 Precision Devices transducer, built into our patented throne design and powered by bone conduction technology. The result is silent, high-fidelity bass drum monitoring you can feel and hear—without adding to the volume on stage.
