This stunning Vintage Soul snare drum utilises a 1960s Gretsch Round Badge donor shell. We've re-vamped this drum into a modern day killer beast.
The bearing edges have been re-cut with our signature outer round over for a lovely warm full body crack. Complimented with 1.6mm triple flanged hoops for an open sound with lots of musical overtones. Also we have outfitted the shell with brand new lugs and snare strainer.
This drum has the vintage sound coupled with the ease of a modern snare drum. Hence the name vintage soul!
