Description 5AL Fusion - American hickory, wax-oil-finish, barrel tip, 419 x 14.3 mm
The 5AL Fusion features the same diameter as a standard 5A (14.3 mm) but with an extended length, measuring 419 mm (approximately 16.5″), giving you an extra 9 mm over the 5A Fusion.
Its standout feature is the double-taper (double-shouldered) design, which tapers in two stages. This helps rebalance the centre of gravity despite the added length, resulting in a fast, responsive rebound and excellent control.
Manufactured within the same weight class as the 5A Fusion, the 5AL is slightly heavier due to its increased length. It’s fitted with a barrel tip for a clear, articulate sound and finished with a wax-oil coating for enhanced grip and feel.
A versatile all-round stick, the 5AL Fusion is well suited to a wide range of playing styles and musical genres.
