A 24" Bass Drum with Serious Low-End Power

The 24" bass drum gives this Ajax Forte a completely different character from smaller configurations.

Compared with an 18" bass drum, the 24" kick produces a much larger sense of depth and projects more of the lowest bass frequencies. It delivers a broad, powerful low end with a slower, deeper feel and a strong physical presence.

This is not the quick, compact response of a smaller bass drum. The 24" shell is designed for:

The kit is completed by large 16" and 18" floor toms. These drums provide deep, resonant tones with plenty of sustain and low-end weight.

The kit does not include drum hardware apart from the tom holders. Stands, pedals, cymbal hardware and any additional mounts must be purchased separately.

Optional Ajax Metasonic Aluminium Snare

The kit can be completed with an Ajax Metasonic Aluminium Snare Drum.

Optional 14" Floor Tom

For an even rarer setup, you can add an additional 14" floor tom alongside the existing 16" and 18" floor toms.

This creates a distinctive three-floor-tom configuration, giving you a wider range of low and mid-low tones. The 14" floor tom adds a higher, more responsive voice, while the 16" and 18" provide progressively deeper notes.
