Premier Drums was founded in 1922 when Albert Della Porta joined forces with George smith to establish the company. Premier began by making a wide range of musical instruments fro different companies but would then go on to manufacture their own drums just before WWII.

We know this snare is a Premier snare because of the type of hardware that is used however other than this we know little to nothing about the model, age and shell composition of this drum.
